- Goldsmithing and Commerce: he is a Goldsmith and that is his main trade at the moment, his ambition is to one day follow the footsteps of his mother and have his own shop.

-Blacksmithing: he has been taken under the wing of an old veteran smith that retired after the Dragonsong War was over and he is currently learning the basics about it.
- Outdoor activities: Idris likes to go fishing and hiking in his free time.
-Basic Magic Theory: recently he has been more open to learning about magic, specially making magic tools such as enchanted jewelry and weapons.

Hello, I play Idris, thank you for reading, here are some important things I'd like to tell you:- I am 18+ and I expect you to be as well.
- I don't do gore or mutilation, Idris will only do combat if it is extremely necessary. Anything that might change my character permanently needs to be discussed beforehand.
- I don't mind intrigue, beefs and conflict in general, in fact, I find it entertaining. As long as it stays IC and doesn't overstay its welcome, know when to let go.
- As far as themes go I'm good with mature themes, romance or more heavy psychological things. I'm just not a big fan of edgy fantasy, being edgy for the sake of it, so Idris might sneak away from these situations. I also reserve myself the right to simply shutdown RP I'm not comfortable with, if you want to start something that you think might be a bit on the heavier side or controversial, shoot me a tell first.
Disclaimer
Just a little bit of insight that might help you understand or even judge if you want to get to know Idris or not.- He is a simple character, this is by design, my aim in writing this character is that he should blend in with the world and the people in it. He is supposed to be easy to understand and relate to.
- Don't assume he should know things that a WoL, Veteran Adventurer or a Scholar would know, he doesn't, Idris had a straight forward, simple upbringing and has no reason to be aware of the exoteric or rare secrets of Etherys. Don't be surprised if he is not following your conversation about practical and theoretical applications of Aether, at least not until he has a reason to learn about these things, maybe you could teach him?
- Which leads me to the next and final part of this, he will also learn from experiences he has with you and other people, the more he likes you the harder he will try to understand everything around you.I chose to write this as a bit of a guideline for people that might get confused or frustrated with some of their interactions with my character, these are all things that I intend to update as he grows and changes.
